Chapline, George Frederick, Jr. (1967) Bootstrap Theory and Certain Properties of the Hadron Axial Vector Current. Dissertation (Ph.D.), California Institute of Technology. doi:10.7907/PXKT-FG78.

NOTE: Text or symbols not renderable in plain ASCII are indicated by [...]. Abstract is included in .pdf document. The matrix element [...] is calculated. A similar calculation for [...] is compared with experiment. The relationship of the Goldberger-Treiman relation to the bootstrap principle is discussed. Approximate symmetry predictions for the axial vector current are compared with the S-matrix calculations. Implications of the bootstrap principle for equal time commutators of hadron currents are discussed.
