Abstract
Polymeric ligands, Polyethylenimine (PEI) and Chitosan, were studied for possible applications in the modification of electrode surfaces in relation to the three main goals: 1. metal ion scavenging 2. to find a system which catalyzes O_2 reduction 3. understanding of electron transfer in polymer-metal films.
